Southend Painting replaced some of my siding and painted the house. I had no issue with them at that time. I guess they actually cared becuse they needed to get paid. Later on I noticed that some of our siding began to deteriorate and mildew.
I called five separate times over about a 7 month period. Everytime I was told they would send someone out to look at it. They never sent anyone or called. I began to understand that they do not care about customer service.
I then called our original sales person and told him I had not heard anything. He said he was very angry and would call the owner right away. A week goes by and no one has reached out to me.
They are obviously not going to help me at all. They got paid and do not care if their customers are happy or not. I guess I will have to go to another company to fix my damaged siding. I just wanted o warn others before they make the same mistake.
