Took my sansui amplifier to get worked on I walked in the door like a sucker,back in 2010,still haven't forgotten about this horrible experience, As the lady said it would get looked at in 2 days ,she seemed to be eager to give it to the techs, two days later I go back and asked one of the guys (has a pony tail) how does it look on my repair. i told them I was told to call back in 2 days. they looked at me like that as the silliest thing they ever heard. well, after calling them a week at a time,the receptionist lady is one of the most rude and inconsiderate receptionist I have ever encountered. She sits to the right of the business in a stupid desk as soon as you walk in the door. Full of papers that are probably customer invoices from years back and unfinished work . She Doesnt give a damn about your best interest,it took 6 months for them to fix a few bad caps and clean the pots (2). i paid 180 dollars or more on 8 dollars or less of parts and 6 months of waiting time fr me to get my amp back . i know pj,and he is a nice guy but this business needs to be out of business. Oh I forgot to mention that they told me after two months that the amp was ready. guess what? total bs,had to lug it back to them at their sighs. These guys are a joke,PJ needs to fire everybody. Unless he is part responsible for this crap. Its a shame,I have stereos that need fixing but I think I would rather go to tech school and fix it myself,it would be quicker.
