Worst

Cadillac on outside and pinto inside. All smiles and can I help you till they have your money. Then you are just in the way. Beware of their ads and there words.

The Sona Medspa in Raleigh is a great place! They are very professional and thorough. They've helped me so much in understanding their services they provide. I had the Laser Hair Removal done with incredible results! I'll be honest, I was skeptical on if it would actually work. But I am PLEASANTLY surprised! The best ladies are at Sona MedSpa. Professional, friendly and personable. I have received laser hair removal, Accent XL and Botox. All three were very pleasant experiences with great results. I have to drive a little ways to get to this location but I would not go anywhere else!!!! I recently purchased the buy 1 get 2 free laser hair removal package and WOW what a deal that is!! Best spa in Raleigh by a mile! 3/26/2012

The staff is so extremely nice and friendly. They made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. My first visit was last September and I was extremely nervous to get my first treatment of Botox as I'm extremely scared of needles but they were very comforting and talked me through it. I hardly felt a thing! The results were wonderful and I'm totally addicted. The best part is you can sign up for Brillant Distinction rewards and get $25 off your next visit each time. Who doesn't like a coupon right! Very affordable, even a person on a normal salary like me can afford it. Sona MedSpa is great place to maintain or improve your looks. When I first went to Sona, I was looking alot older than I should. I've had great experiences with Sona and would not hesitate to have future procedures done here. They make sure the client is comfortable and explain everything they are going to do, before doing it, which definitely can put an anxious client at ease. Being a Registered Nurse for 30 years I was a bit skeptical of Laser hair Removal but decided to give it a try. I chose Sona Med Spa and I could not be happier! The location is awesome. The staff is professional, courteous and caring. The procedure was explained very well and performed to the standards I had expected as a Nursing professional. The results have been amazing. I've been a customer of Sona Medspa for about a year now and am currently having laser hair removal done. Let me just say...Best Decision Ever! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stop spending money on razors and shaving cream. The process is just a little painful when the laser is on your skin but when it is over there is absolutely no pain! Quite incredible. It is also addicting. Once you do one area you will want to do other areas as well. If you want to get laser done, Sona is the place to go. Their staff is also very nice and will work with you very well. I am pleased by their customer service and staff. Overall, I will only be going to Sona for all my laser hair removal needs and may even do other services such as microdermabrasion there as well. I recently made my first foray into Sona Med Spa in Raleigh, and I was absolutely wowed by the experience. The facility was outstanding, the staff friendly and warm yet professional, and the services broad and affordable. Plus, they offered specials and discounts that were specific and not giimmicky at all. Their office in the Capital Center was easy to get to, right off the beltline, and parking was plentiful.
