For five years, the rep didn't get property improved. Probably had little contact with owners. After moving, I read their website. Read it. From this renter's experience a prospective rental owner might think twice about hiring them. Problem: too many units and not enough employees. If a rep gets a phone request, they sometimes refuse to call back for weeks or not at all!\r
A rep answered my email about 9 mos. late.\r
Seems like running the business on a tight budget.
