In these times of financial hardship you might think that customer service might be a top concern...urrr, not so. I tried to make an appointment over the phone, calling ahead to schedule. Soli the owner doesn't speak and understand well, after repeated 'huuu's' she hung up as I tried to schedule an appointment. I called back to find Soli's charming voice on the answering machine. This may seem petty, but I am encountering more and more bad customer service as the years go by, will she ask the Government to bail her out if she goes under too?
