Sol Vallarta

My family all agrees it one of the best mexican resturants we have ever eaten at and that saying something as most of this family is from Southern California where there are good mexican places all over. Everytime my in-laws come to visit they make sure we go here at least a couple of times. more

Are you kidding me!!! This place is horrible!!! People in Colfax must not have eaten much Mexican food out of their own town. So beware if you travel through here...DO NOT EAT HERE!! They're fast, but the food is stale!!! The worst Mexican food I've ever had and I've been to over a 100 Mexican Restaurants. The food is pricey and little more expensive than normal, since there's not much in Colfax. Your better off getting something more fresh and faster at the local Taco Time in town. That's what I should have done. When I complained about how stale and old the food tasted, then tried to ask for something more simple and fresh they refuse to make it right and tried to avoid me. Why would they care anyways, they have no competition beside Taco Time. I just wanted to pay for my food and get out of there then write a review on every site I could find them and warn everyone else to watch out for this place!!! Horrible service and horrible food. more

Sol Vallarta is a great Mexican restaurant that hasn’t been in Colfax, Washington forever like many other businesses. The Sol Vallarta is a great restaurant that my friends and me love. It has great authentic Mexican dishes hat are beloved by any consumer. The Sol Vallarta is a great place to eat and I love it! more
