To make a long story short, I ordered a complete set of living room furniture on June 28, 2002. The furniture they delivered was torn and had pulls in the fabric. I was told that the fabric was faulty, and we would have to select a new fabric. The second set was delivered in Oct. and the loveseat was torn. As of Dec. 5, 2002, I do not have the new furniture, and they want to give my money back and leave me with NO FURNITURE for the holidays. I think that is horrible and I would advise anyone to shop somewhere else!!!
