My wife and I bought a Mattress in 2009 with a 10 year warranty. About a year ago my side began to crater so we started the process of getting a new mattress. The inspector who was to come take a look at the mattress has cancelled numerous times. We've called asking for another inspector with no return phone call. We went thru the qualification process and have taken pictures as well as the necessary steps. We've gotten know where. The customer service rep asked if I wanted to buy a new mattress at a discount. DON'T BUY FROM THEM - YOU'LL BE SORRY. Look somewhere else.
