I tried this spa once, and only once, for a bikini and underarm waxing. We'll start by saying she couldn't even remove all of the hair, in either region. This was likely not due to her skills, but the fact that the only light in the room was a tall ""desk lamp"" looking thing she pointed in the direction of where she was waxing. And the light was only on one side, so I'm sure she could barely see what she was doing as the rest of the space was dark.
The reason for the lighting? Well the waxing ""area"" was at the back of the shared spa room behind a curtain. So I know everyone could hear us. There was no privacy, and you have to have your cell off because everyone having their ""spa"" experience is well within a whisper's ear shot. And I'm pretty certain that everyone could even see me because the curtain didn't quite close all the way and I was the victim with the only light in the room shining on me.
They were nice, but when I think spa I do not think about trying to relax in front of a handful of other strangers.
