A Gem of a Jewelry Store 8/10/2011

I buy all of my jewelry at this store. It is quite a find here in Dallas. Not only do they have cutting edge jewelry with designer's like Sepkus but they always have unique and beautiful estate pieces as well.\r \r The staff is friendly and helpful and of course, it is the only pet friendly Jewelry Store in town. I love it, and recommend it to anyone looking for a great, honest, dependable jewelry store! more

Dependable Integrity 8/9/2011

Skibells Fine Jewelry has been around for years, and have always had a good choice of high end Jewelry. What is best is that the prices are very good. Several times they let me take jewelry or pearls to other jewelers to see if they could match the prices. They couldn't. Charles always deals honestly with excellent prices on fine Jewelry. I've been a customer of the store for 13 years, and know I can always count on them. more

Great Store 8/9/2011

I have dealt w/this store for 10 years and not only are the employees super nice & helpful, but it's also nice to see a ""hands on"" owner. Dexter is an added bonus!!\r I have consigned things as well as purchased items.\r I have and would reccomend this place of business. more

Totally satified with service 8/9/2011

I just bought a diamond for my anniversary. Charles Skibell was so helpful in finding me a diamond that I love along with sapphires to go in the ring. I have been doing business with Skibell's for 10/12 years and have always been very happy with each piece I bought and with friendly service. I highly recomend this store. more

One of a kind! 11/26/2010

This jewelry store in Preston Center is certainly one of a kind. When you walk in, you are treated like family. Everybody knows each other and you even get greeted by the family dog Dexter. How fun! I was suprised to see that they do everything at this small store. Not only can you buy designer jewelry, but they design new pieces, repair old pieces, sell estate jewelry and more! I'm definately going back! more

They ""lost"" my jewelry when I left it to be appraised 9/17/2007

I took in a family heirloom to be appraised and when I returned to pick it up they had to tell me they had misplaced the piece in the store and could not find it. It was obvious to me that it had been stolen, but they would not admit it. They tried to appease me by replacing the piece with something they thought was comparable. The replacement did not match what I had lost and I find it too gaudy to wear. It has been over a year and they still have not found the piece that they ""lost"" within their store. I would be very cautious using this establishment. more
