While in Graduate School at Stanford, I was taught to cook Chinese food by my many Chinese friends who hailed from different areas of China. Sadly, this place simply fails to produce quality food. The sauces are just plain sub-par. The quantity/cost for the area is unacceptable. The meat preparation and quality (beef) was poor. It was our first trip to the area, and a local represented it as the ""best"" in the area...sad statement. In general, it was just a huge disappointment.
