Simply Clean of the QC is absolutely terrific. They are my go-to cleaners and I have been using them for over 10 years. I call them whenever I need a cleaning and they are very responsive to my calls. They are easy to schedule with and have a great front office. The cleaners are very efficient and always perform the cleaning in a timely manner. I like that they are very thorough in their work and I am always happy with the results. All the employees are professional, courteous, and fun to work with. I have had no problems with the service and am satisfied with all the work that they do for me. I would absolutely recommend Simple Clean and will definitely continue to use them in the future. more

I’m Impressed!!! 2/16/2018

I was very pleased with how clean they were able to get my cream colored microfiber recliner. Chris, the technician, was very friendly and put a lot of care and attention to detail in his work. They were very reasonable in what they charged. I had this chair “cleaned” once before by a long time Quad City Co. They must be living on their name as they charged me 4X what Simply Clean charged , had to take it to their shop for cleaning and then it came bacck not much cleaner then when it left. I will definetly have Simply Clean quote for carpet cleaning the next time I need it done! more

I would say that I had a great experience working with Simply Clean Cleaning Solutions. I just had three rooms that needed to be cleaned, and the staff did an excellent job with the work. I would recommend this company to other people. I found the staff to be very professional and easy to work with. If I was in need of their service again, I would call them over. There weren't any issues with the job and I'm quite satisfied with the final results. more

Excellent, on time, knowledgeable 1/16/2018

Nate did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets and even giving us advice on how to handle stains and how often our carpet needs to be cleaned. Simply Clean is very affordable and responsible. They send text messages when they are on their way and always have a friendly smile. I would recommend to anyone and everyone. more

Great Service 1/9/2018

I have used Simply Clean Cleaning Solutions for residential and business projects. I would describe the staff as professional and they always show up on time. Most recently, the staff that came out shampooed the whole basement (about 1500 sq ft.) and also a stairway, all of which had carpet flooring. I am more than happy with the results that the company is able to turn out, so I would definitely recommend their work to other people. I will continue to use the service from this company in the future. more

Clean, Consistent Service 1/8/2018

I recently had an incident involving some carpet stains and I needed a company to come in and perform a deep cleaning. I hired Simply Clean Cleaning Solutions for the job and I am more than happy with the results that I received. This was my first time using them and the staff did a great job getting the work done. I didn't have any issues scheduling the work with the company and I appreciate that the staff cleans up when the job is done. I would recommend the company to other people. I would hire them again for another carpet cleaning service if I needed to. Their service was consistent and smooth from start to finish. more

My carpets were efficiently cleaned and the employee demonstrated a good deal of experience. My only complaint being cat hair left along the walls that remains difficult to vacuum up. Would recommend! more

Dogs killed the carpet 11/15/2017

We had multiple stains and wear on the steps from our two 100lbs dogs. Everything came out! Looks like new! And the couch ( wear the hounds hang out) came out just as well as the carpet. more
