I Can't Say Enough Good Thing About Them! 9/20/2017

I really can't say enough good things about them. I have switched our business of 153 apartments over to using Simply Clean Cleaning Solutions as our sole providers because they do great cleaning work, especially with stains. They always go out of their way to make sure the job is carefully and well done, they are accommodating and good about timelines whether its night emergencies or just regular jobs, and I completely trust them. I have never had any issues with them, their pricing is great and I have even recommended them to personal friends. more

Amazing Company 9/15/2017

I have been using Simply Clean Cleaning Solutions since they opened. They are at my house every month to clean the carpets and the microsuede furniture. It is always easy to make an appointment and the whole team is friendly. The cleaner is excellent and consistently does a great job. The pricing is really reasonable considering how often I use them. I wouldn't ever consider another company and highly recommend them to everyone. more

I've been using Simply Clean Cleaning Solutions for a lot of years and they always do a good job. They take care of me and they are good people. I called them to clean the whole carpet not long ago, and it is all good--and so are the technicians. more

Excellent Experience 8/21/2017

I had an excellent experience with Simply Clean Cleaning Solutions. I used their service to help with doing a steam cleaning for the walking areas and hallways, three bedrooms, and a bathroom in my home. The entire work was all one project and they completed the work efficiently. I have used them before, and they come to do work for me every two years. The staff is very amicable and they know what they are doing. The pricing was great and I would absolutely keep using them in the future. I would definitely recommend them to future customers. more

Very Satisfactory, Excellent Service! 8/15/2017

I recently used the services from Simply Clean Cleaning Solutions to do a thorough cleaning of the carpeting in my home and was very satisfied with how well the work from them went. The people that came out to do the work were very courteous and professional while they were here doing the cleaning and always cleaned up after themselves. The work itself was done quickly and without any issues, the carpeting looks like new after the cleaning was completed. Overall I think Simply Clean Cleaning Solutions did an excellent job with the work I needed doing, I will definitely use them again if needed and I highly recommend their services. more

Carpets Look Amazing! 8/10/2017

I don't normally do reviews but I was so happy with Simply Clean Cleaning Solutions that I had to give them an outstanding review! I found them after a quick google search and liked that they had a bunch of positive reviews. I just bought a home so I had them come and clean the carpets in 3 bedrooms, living room, den, and basement. The whole cleaning took less than 3 hours. The carpets look amazing and I am so happy with the results. I highly recommend them! more

My best friend recommended Simply Clean Cleaning Solutions to me when I mentioned that I was looking to get my carpets cleaned. It is super easy to schedule an appointment with them. I like that they call to let me know they are on their way and ask if I am still available. Everyone is always super friendly. My carpet is so much cleaner than before and I appreciate the advice they gave me about maintaining it. I think the pricing is really fair. I will be using them again. more

Reliable And Cost Effective Service 7/17/2017

Simply Clean Cleaning Solutions comes out twice a month to clean the hallways in our building. Also, they service our property units at least twice per month. We've been using their service for over a year and they do good work! The workers are always on time and the prices are reasonable. more

Amazing Staff And Great Results 7/13/2017

They do a great job. I have used their services twice now, and I have been very impressed. They have good, powerful equipment that gets the job done. I have known one of the technicians there for a while now, and he really goes the extra mile. I had a new puppy, and around Christmastime when I put the tree up, the dog had started marking around the tree. I didn't realize it until the tree went down and there was a big stain left behind. This technician worked extra hard to get the stain out. He hand cleaned that spot on the carpet to make the stain was removed, and he kept working at it until it was gone. He has always been prompt, very friendly, and neat while working. He will pick up and move things to make sure everything gets cleaned, too. I know their staff members provide excellent quality, and I highly recommend them. more

Nate confurmed our appointment before arriving and did arrive as scheduled. Disucessed options for extras like "scotchguard" before starting job. Did a good job cleaning carpet. Discussed carpet care after cleaning, importance of staying off carpet until it was completely dry.. left bottle of spot cleaner to use on future spills. He was courteous and seemed to care about customer service. more

Excellent Customer Service 6/3/2017

Simply Clean is an excellent cleaning company. They went out of their way to come and clean our couch and called even earlier than our scheduled time to see if we would like them to come at an earlier time. The service person was polite and very informative of the procedure he was going to do to clean our couch. He did an excellent job and I would recommend Simply Clean to our family and friends. more

Quick, friendly, good value 5/26/2017

Requested an estimate on a Saturday and they able to provide an estimate based on some quick measurements I did myself and didn't require an in-home visit - very responsive to the emails even on the weekend. Decided to have them come in and they were there 2 days later (very quick). Service tech was very friendly and professional. The final price was even less than the estimate and the work was excellent. Will definitely use them again! more

Great Experiences 5/2/2017

We love the work they do. We run a senior living apartment complex with one hundred units, and when any one of the apartments is vacant, we hire Simply Clean to come out and shampoo the carpets. We are always satisfied with their work, and our residents even ask for referrals sometimes after they have seen how good the carpeting looks once it's cleaned. The servicemen are always easy to work with and show up when we need them to. more

Very professional and knowledgeable crew. They were prompt and arrived when they said they would be there. They have a great service that sends a text when they are on their way, when they are finished and another text with the bill that you can pay right away online. more
