Fantastic Indian! 3/1/2006

My husband is British, so he knows good Indian food. Out of all the Indians that we've tried in Los Angeles, this has been our favorite so far. The tandoori shrimp is my favorite, and he likes the korma. Also, the staff is friendly and accomodating. Pros: great food, friendly staff, food presentation Cons: no dessert menu more

Great food for a great price! 2/3/2006

The food is here is very good and has an interesting twist to Indian food. The value is also very good. I recommend anything on the menu, it's all good. There is a $6.99 lunch buffet M-F and it's $7.99 on Sat and Sun. Parking is not a problem, and the service is very good. They even bring warm napkins to wipe your hands with at the end of your meal so you don't have to get up and interrupt conversation with your friends/family. It's a no-nonsense place with good Indian food. It's also a good place for families to eat. I wil definitely be a regular there! Pros: Food, Ambience, Service more

Fantastic Treat 2/1/2006

Encountered this gourmet indian restaurant by chance. The food was the best that I have ever encountered in any Indian restaurant in L.A. The chef (Sanjay) was trained in India, London and Italy and you can experience this diversity in the food. I recommend the Shaslik coconut curry. IN one of the first, I actually saw the Parsi Dhansak on the menu. There is a lunch buffet every day.. but the food is very reasonable for dinner. The service and presentation is amazing.
