From the moment I reached their dispatch operator ( who was so patient with me, awesome and just about talked me off a cliff!) to the moment they walked out the door, they were WONDERFUL!! I repeat...SILVERSTATE IS WONDERFUL!! \r
Jay was our tech, and after looking and listening to our machine for maybe 5-10 minutes, he had the problem diagnosed. Jay told me it was one of 2 problems, and said if the 1st thing he fixed didnt fix it, the 2nd one would. The 1st thing he said fixed it. A problem so simple, and yet not a single one of the many other techs from the other companies' got it right. \r
Jay was competent, professional ( unlike the other place's string of bumbling morons) and courteous. It was obvious right from the start he knew what he was talking about...what a breath of fresh air..no pun intended :). He was also very patient with me ( I was practically sitting on top of him,) showing me everything he was doing, etc...\r
It has now been a few months since Jay fixed our machine, and it has truly never worked better. Hearing that ice drop is music to our ears, and every time I open the lid and see our machine packed full of ice, I say a silent thank you to the ice machine gods for sending us Jay! \r
To Jay: We can't say thank you enough. Really. Thank you to infinity and beyond! \r
