I have ordered from here quite a few times and had never been disappointed. Good food, good prices and quick delivery. However, last night was a different story and because of it, Silvermine Subs has lost my business. I ordered online around 8:25 and was told it was be delivered within the hour. At 9:55, when I'm wanting to go to bed for the night, I finally call. An associate answers and has no knowledge of my order. He finally asks me to hold and puts the phone down but I can still hear him. I hear him say to someone else, "Oh, crap. This order has been sitting here over an hour, why didn't you see it?" After a minute, he comes back and informs me that it just came through and he will get it to me ASAP. Annoyed and hungry at this point, I ask him to just cancel it because I'm calling it a night. They canceled my order fairly easily and refunded my card, although, it is going to take a few days for it to process. They need to check their incoming orders more often.
