I have never in my life been so angry at a business owner in my life than at Silver Star. I noticed a tear in my pant leg the moment I unwrapped the plastic and immediately brought the pants back to have them repaired. The owner looked at the tear and then looked back at me in what seemed like disgust. He became defensive telling me that in 20 years of dry cleaning he had never torn anything (which right there Im sure tells a lie) and that I must have done it myself. His excuse was that since the tear was located close to my pocket that I had torn the pants after reaching in for something. I came back at him with the fact that I had brought them in dirty but not damaged, and that he must of done it because I had yet to wear them again. Even if it was true that I had ripped the pant leg... then so be it (Im almost positive I had not). My problem was not that he wouldnt fix it for me. My problem is that once I brought up the fact that he may have done this, he looked at me as if I was 5 years old and walked away to go back to work; almost to infer that I was immature and obnoxious to have brought anything like this back to his store. My reaction...shock and anger. If I had one thing to stay about this store...it would be to bring your business elsewhere. Not because they do terrible work there. But because their customer service was outrageous. That to me is grounds for any business to lose business.
Cons: customer service was terrible
