While the physician my daughter ultimately saw was personable and seemed competent, the overall level of customer service is rock-bottom. You wait forever for an appointment (over 2 months for my daughter to get a flu vaccination, because a ""new patient visit"" was required first). Appointments are mysteriously cancelled. Hold times are ridiculous. Office wait times are excruciating (nearly 2 hours for one visit). Prior to my daughter's last visit I was on hold for 20 minutes attempting to notify them that we were stuck in traffic due to road construction. I was bounced around all over the place (including the new appointment desk--why???) only to walk in, thinking I was still on hold, and be told ""Oh, I think I hung up on you."" Ooookay... Insult to injury - we were not seen that day! We were told we needed to reschedule because the doctor had departed while we were on hold! Going to the doctor shouldn't be a trial - or an exercise in frustration. Nor should you be spoken to as if you're the village idiot, as is common here. Go elsewhere. Find an office where patients are appreciated and valued.?
Pros: Dr. Burchette was personable and seemed competent
Cons: Long wait times, rude & incompetent front-desk staff
