As in any business, you will have people who like it and people who hate it. I have been having my hair done by the owner of this salon for over 5 years. I travel from Ohio to get my hair done. I was there in July after this employee left the salon. She made the choice herself. I figure the other side of the story should be told. When you have women working together anywhere, you will have cattiness. It is the nature of women. Part of the problem at this salon and anywhere else for that matter is that you have these young people who come to a job expecting that they will be top dog without putting for the effort or showing what you can do. They feel they are entitled instead of earning, Part of the problem with what these folks have experienced is that very fact. I will continue to travel from Ohio to have my hair done. That means airfare folks. And the high price of the services - they charge just as much up here for the quality of work. When I can't get down there for my haircut, I will try somewhere around here and don't get anywhere near the services. I get more compliments on my hair when it is done by the folks from Siena. And as for the owner's husband doing the hair washing.....you want a great hair wash, let him do it. Best experience I have ever had. Their products are top quality. You should give them a chance to do your hair. I witnessed some amazing services done on ladies hair. Their hair straighteners are second to none. Hair extensions??? They do an amazing job. Call them up, make an appointment and give them the opportunity to make you look your best.
Pros: Results, atmosphere, friendliness
Cons: Wish I lived in Houston - can't get there as often as I want.
