I have been a patron of Siam Cuisine for the last 10 years. In fact, my picture is one of the many photos posted along the decorative walls among the many other frequenters. I have always received very tasty Thai food there. It has a quaint and casual atmosphere. There are several Thai restaurants in the surrounding Ann Arbor area, but I still claim that Siam Cuisine has the best pad thai noodle dish around. In the 10+ years I have been going there, I have received great service except for one time. It was a very busy Friday night. They have limited table space and a line was building up at the door. We brought another couple to dine there with us, their first time eating Thai food. We were not quite finished with our meal, but the waitress put her fingers down into the four of our water glasses and whisked them away, presuming we were done with our meal when we weren't. We didn't say anything since it was so embarassing. We just left. I don't think that waitress works there anymore. That was 6 years ago. Service has been just fine since then, although i have only visited during lunch (trying to avoid the evening crowd and potential water glass debacle again).
Pros: Great Thai food.
Cons: Small dining area, crowded and busy on the weekends.
