I can not say enough good things about Dr. David Rosene and his staff. Regular MD's could take a lot of lessons from their compassion, kindness and gentleness. They were 150% great and I don't know what in the heck JKo is or was talking about. The only think I can think of is that he got the wrong place. I would not even think twice about taking a pet to see them. They are the very best ever. more

I had a terrible experience at the Shorewood Animal Hospital. I took my 12 week old puppy in for the first time for her 12 week shots and because she hadn't been feeling well. It started off okay, but that soon changed. I asked the vet that we saw what could be causing my puppy's upset stomach. All she said was that it could be several things and did not appear concerned at all. I expected her to do some sort of exam on my puppy but all she did was feel her hips, look at her eyes and ears. She didn't do any tests to see what was causing my puppy's upset stomach or offer to do any when I asked about it. They then offered to clip her nails which was horrible. They made not only one nail bleed, but two and one wasn't just a little blood it was a good amount. I will never take my dogs back to this place. Their vet techs need more training and their vets themselves need to be more compassionate and willing to figure out what is wrong with their patients! Cons: Lack of vet tech training, compassion, and vet care more
