Called to validate services and cost for grooming prior to making an appointment. Was quoted $25.00 for sedation and $30 for grooming. When I went to pick up my pet the staff handed me a bill for $75.00. I then asked the staff to check the expenses against my bill from last year, thinking that there was a mistake. The receptionist made a comment stating that there was a new groomer. I informed the receptionist that I called the day I made the appointment and validated the costs, all the receptionist would say was, sorry. She then informed me that they took a vote and I was going to have to go get my pet and put her in the carrier. I looked puzzled at them and we kind of joked around at that point about how my pet only liked me. They then informed me that they were trying to get her read for me to pick up and they had put her in her carrier before I got there, then she urinated all over herself and the carrier and might smell like urine. I just paid $75.00 for grooming services to pick up my pet smelling like urine, now my suite jacket smeels like urine and must be dry cleaned, my house and furniture are smelling like urine also. What is coming to customer service and fee for service! It is a same to trade years of service for one day of bad customer service!
