I was pretty unimpressed with Russ. I was looking for an agent to sell my house, and when he estimated a listing price, he gave an insultingly low figure. I felt he was way off base, and I gladly used a different agent. With that other agent, the final SELLING price of the house was 5% higher than Russ's suggested LIST price. I shouldn't have been surprised, when he was the listing agent for a friend's house Russ severely underpriced their home, and it sold at that listing price within 24 hours. If you know Maryville real estate, NO house ever sells within 24 hours unless it is a steal for the buyer. He might be OK as a buyer's agent, but I wouldn't use him to sell your house unless you want to lose money that should be in your pocket.
