I called Dallas shine my home Carpet Cleaning to repair my carpet floor and to clean my couch and loveseat. They hadn't been cleaned since when I bought them in 2006 and were very filthy. Joe came out and did an excellent job and was very professional. My furniture and my carpet looks brand new! I called 3 other companies and Dallas shine my home Carpet Cleaning had the best price too! I'm an extremely satisfied customer and will use their services again and again in the future. more

I didn't want to give the one star. There should be a choice for NO star or minus a star. They were available to take my reservation for a carpet cleaning, but that was it. I had to call and confirm the night before to which I got a call back saying they had me on their schedule for the next day. So my husband and I MOVED three rooms of furniture. Our couch was standing vertical in our kitchen and my dresser was in the bathroom (you get the idea). Then we waited...on a Saturday. Our appt was from 10-12pm. I called about 11:00 to ask for an ETA and got an answering machine. I called at 11:45 irritated and got the answering machine. My husband called at 12:15 angry...answering machine. They NEVER SHOWED UP, never called. You can imagine our frustration because our house had been turned Topsy turvy on our one day off that week. It's Monday and they still HAVE NOT CALLED. This was a groupon purchase and I've contacted them to let them know they need to remove these people from their deals. I can not express this enough....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! more
