Apartments are large in comparison to others I've been in. Lots of closet space and a storage locker.

Worst

The owners don’t put any money into the property, yet raise rents every year $30/month on average. The pool area is disgusting with overgrown weeds everywhere and a busted door so...

Extremely Accomadating 3/1/2011

My husband and I have only lived here for a couple of years, and are leaving to purchased a home. Everyone that works there has been extremely accomadating. All are friendly, and always say hi when they walk by you. The grounds are kept very nice, and they are always cleaning something. When we moved into our apartment it was in beautiful condition, sparkling clean with new carpet and kitchen cabinets. When I needed a repair , it was done within 24 hours. The maint staff is very friendly and also pretty good at fixing things. more

Loved it here 2/3/2011

Extremely large apartments-didn't find anything else this large. Loads of closet space. Very nice remodels of well build apts. Buildings about 30 yrs old. Nice pool. Very quite surroundings. New management, real nice people, willing to work with you. Lots of pets! more

Great apartment community 2/1/2011

Great apartment community, with friendly neighbors, in a great area of Naperville. The apartments are very large with plenty of closet space. The maintnece staff is quick at fixing any problems, and is very friendly. Like a previous rating stated, always taking time to talk with residents, and knowing everyone's names. more

Great Apartments 12/1/2010

My husband and I just moved to Sherry Apt. and we love it here. The view out the back door is beautiful (we face the back of the building) and its nice to hear all the birds chirping. Every tenant that I've run into has been very nice. The only noise complaint I have is that we can hear our neighbors through the bathroom vent, but that's only when you're in there and the fan is off. Its a very minor issue. Its very quiet most of the time except for the occasional dog barking. There's tons of space, 4 closets!!! Everything is new too. One thing I've noticed is that the hallways are like saunas. The heat was supposed to go off April 30 but it seems like its still on. Its nice in the winter though! Its a great apartment building. I'm sure we'll end up renewing our lease next year. more

If you're looking for a quite, good sized, pretty calm community; I highly recommend Sherry. I would have moved there, but as a newlywed..I didn't really want to run the risk of pop-ins. more

Great Area 11/5/2010

This place is sweet! I really really love these apartments because gas/water/park/heat/trash are ALL free! The staff kicks butt at getting my work requests completed and LISTENS to my complaints! Also... SOLID CONCRETE WALLS/CEILINGS/FLOORS! I have parties ALL the time on the weekends with no sound problems. I rarely hear the neighbors walking around, very quiet -- BIG ! Safe parking which is well lit, security doors which actually work, elevators, pool, and new washers/dryers. more

Nice and Quiet 10/27/2010

Very surprised to find such large apartments with ample closet space.Nice remodels being done, looks good. Staff is very personable, friendly and they remember your name, even take time to chat with you, Maintenance staff is very friendly, knows all pets by their name, pretty efficient too. Nice quiet place to live more

Friendly! 10/25/2010

I have lived here for one year and I did renew. When there is something broken in the apartment the maintence and office are right on top of it. My neighbors are very friendly in the hallway and very quiet I never hear anyone. The laundry room is big and always warm cause of the heat from the dryers im assuming. Laundry is well over charged but I guess thats how it has to be with the economy. I love the fact that there is a elevator and I don't have to clime three flights of stairs every time I come home from a hard days work. I recomend Sherry Apartments Highly. One thing I would work on is snow the plow guys don't do a very good job at all. more

Best place to go 10/18/2010

""I've lived here for 5 years and have never loved an apartment as much as this one. New ownership took over just before I moved in. The remodeled apartment I rented was very nice. New carpet,cabinets, lighting & flooring made an already spacious place look even bigger and better. No real problems.Yes there were a few roof leaks- not the staffs fault. They worked as fast as they could to clean & repair the damage. Office staff was very accommodating. Maintenance staff ALWAYS friendly, cleaning staff always working. I would definitely rent here again if I ever sell my house"" more
