Although the hotel looks fine/nice, that's where it stops. The service there is horrendous. The front desk rarely answers the phone and if they do its after multiple rings. Once you get someone, they actually put you on hold. I had to wait 10 mins before I could tell someone I would be a late check-in. Rent a car! The hotel has no transportation abilities. I asked for a cab and they said it would take the better of 30 minutes to arrive...and this place is downtown. I called the cab company that took me to the hotel from airport and they got arrived quicker than the hotel guessed. I asked for a king, it was on my reservation, and, low and behold, I got two doubles. The AC is louder than a train and the cleaning people start vacuming at 6:00 in the morning, chatting it up outside your door. I could go on but you get the point. Make your reservations at the Capitol House-Hilton, they're often completely booked for good reasons.
