She Etc. International Day Spa

This Massage was a gift to me and what a gift! I wish I'd thought of it. The whole experience was delightful from Tammy's greeting to Julie's super massage. My first time at a spa and getting a massage rates a Big 10. I actually felt like I was having an 'out of body' experience. The best part of the massage, besides that I walked out of there feeling 10 times better than when I walked in; was that I've had several back surgeries and it's scary to let anyone massage me anywhere on my back. Julie knew exactly what to do and how to do it. She immediately put me at ease and I was totally relaxed. Thanks ladies! more

Want to feel like a VIP when you decide to pamper yourself or buy a gift certificate for someone ? Then you definately want to call or stop by "She Etc." From the minute I called to make my appointment and spoke with Tammy, I knew I made the right decision when I chose "She Etc." The staff is very friendly and make an extra effort to ensure your spa experience is to your satisfaction. You are welcomed with your choice of a mimosa or glass of wine which can be refilled while you get your pedicure (GiGi was awesome !). On my first visit I had a foot detox (which gave me an energy boost) and facial with Andrea, who was outstanding; she answered my questions and provided a relaxing and rejuvenating facial. After my facial, I sat outside in the serentiy garden where I was brought a mimosa and a delicious fruit/ cheese/dessert plate. If mimosas or wine aren't your thing, don't worry they aim to please at "She Etc." and they will bring you a beer and potatoe chips, if they have it. My friend just mentioned during her pedicure that it would be great to have a beer and some chips and that's just what she got. There is definately something here for everyone and when you spend your hard earned money, its nice to know that it is well spent ! I have been to She Etc. twice and plan to go back many more times and hopefully with a group of girls. It is definately the perfect place to go for a "Girls Day Out" or if you just want quality service with a personal touch. I can't wait to go back ! more

I took my husband to She Etc. for his birthday and also pampering for myself... it was the first time of spa experience for BOTH of us, and it was FABULOUS! We both got a facial and also a couple massage in the cottage where the meditation garden is. We were welcomed by a delicious mimosa and a warm introduction of the histroy of the 146-year old house where the spa locates. We then each followed our own staff for facials. Julie was my facial and massage specialist. She was very patient explaining what she was going to do and her recommendations on products she was going to use for my facial. Julie also has very therapeutic techniques that massaged away my built-up muscular tensions and stress that I still felt the relaxation for the weekend following the visit. I enjoyed the perfect scenery of their meditation garden, and the delicious cheese / cracker / fruit plate offered while we were enjoying the scenery after our spa date. I am looking forward to go back to She Etc for additional pampering for the near future. The special spa packages offered by She Etc are great gifts for that special someone in life, ESPECIALLY when I got to enjoy the package too with the special someone =) more

I was taken to She, etc. for my birthday. Oh, my god, it was great! The attention to detail on giving me the absolutely best experience was second to none! I was having some foot pain for several day prior, and ever since my experience at She, etc., no more pain! I can't wait to go back, and try some more things! Great as a gift! more

I can not rave about this place enough. My boyfriend gave me a gift certificate for Valentine's Day to have a couple's massage here, and wow! I'm not an avid massage-goer, but I've been to many places, even Hot Springs, AK, and have had massages, but this place had something extra special. Not only did our massage feel private and secluded from other clients, but the staff treated us like long lost family members. I didn't think a couple's massage would be romantic, since you're laying face down on opposite sides of the room, but this definitely rekindled some romance :) We had our treatment upstairs, but you can also have it in the separate cottage out back. The house itself has great character too! If you're lucky enough you can walk around the place and see just how large it is. Oh, and the best post-massage treatment was the fruit and cheese platter they made us, which we ate outside in their little sculpture garden. My husband & I went for a day of pampering for our 5yr anniversary. We LOVED it!! We had manicure/pedicures, massages, facials, etc. It was THE BEST day!! We were so relaxed & comfortable. The staff was amazing! So friendly & accommodating! We can't wait to go back!! OH! My eyebrows have NEVER looked so good!! They shaped/sculpted them instead of just waxing them. WOW! I had a fantastic facial with Sandra and absolutely couldn't believe the difference in my skin when she was finished. I could tell a difference in my skin from that first facial for a solid week. I have experienced many services at She over the years and they have all been fantastic. From the couples massage to my son's acne facials, Sandy and her staff are professional and skilled at what they do. She, Etc. is a very unique day spa. The owner, Miss Sandy, along with her staff...are so nice and knowledgeable! They offer so many great services, that I can NOT wait to go back. We even got to enjoy a fresh salad and fruit, with wine ouside in their meditation garden for lunch. I recommend this spa to everyone. I live in N. Yesterday my friend and I had a fantastic day at She Etc! We booked a package that included a facial and massage. First of all, you can't get a better facial than what you get at She Etc - they are hands down THE BEST. My skin was glowing and felt fantastic. I had a massage with KC and she was very attentive to my needs. I have long suffered problems with my lower back and we talked about how much it bothers me. I'm kind of shocked by the previous review because KC actually went over the hour to ensure that I was feeling top notch when I left. My friend's therapist was running a little late and to show appreciation they gave a free $35 detox to each of us! I guess they always compensate when a treatment is a little late for their patrons. I can't complain about a thing. The complimentary mimosa, cheese and crackers are the icing on the cake after a long, hard day of pampering. I wouldn't waste my time or money going anyplace else. There's no way that you can feel so pampered while receiving actual beneficial treatments anywhere else in Georgetown! Go check them out today! Hi Girls, just wanted to send a quick note and say that we had soooooo much fun at your spa on our girls weekend down to Salado. Not sure if you remember us or not but we were the girls who came in on Friday and Saturday. We are already scheduling our next weekend trip and we will be stopping by for our stress relieving massages and pedicures.
