I purchased a ring ONE year ago. At the time of the purchase I bought their corporate insurance (waste of money). The ring recently bent and I took it into Shaw's for repair. They returned my ring looking VERY differently than I purchased in from them. Now going on 7 weeks of trying to get my ring back to its original state. They told me it was because the ""new"" way of setting it was stronger. The SAME day I got my ring back the ""new"" way my diamond twisted in the head. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!
