Great Family Attorney! 10/3/2012

My great Aunt became terminally ill. I wasn't sure what to do, I knew I needed to create some legal documents to help protect her, and make sure she was taken care of. I was referred to Mr. Hungate by a member in my great Aunts living community as she had used the firm to create her living will. I haven't had much luck with any type of attorneys in the past, I was skeptical. But this firm was great. They took the time to explain all of the complicated laws, and even helped establish living trust for her estate, which I knew nothing about. I would recommend this firm 100% to anyone. I know if I ever needed any other legal help, Mr. Hungate would be the first I would call. more

Good Bankruptcy Attorney 9/12/2012

Shawn Hungate is the best bankruptcy attorney in Kissimmee! After a long battle of trying to stay afloat with odds and ends jobs, I finally made the inevitable decision of filing for bankruptcy. His office was very kind and respectful. I never had to wait much longer than a few minutes. He was honest and compassionate towards me. I never felt judged or looked down upon. Even though it wasn't a highlight moment in my life, I was encouraged that life goes on. I would highly recommend him! more

Great Attorney. 8/19/2012

Shawn Hungate is by far a top notch crimanal defence attorney. I had a case against me some years ago. although it was a minor offence, it still looked bad on my record. i went to several lawyers for advice on what to do about having the old files removed from my record. none of them wanted to help. A friend referred me to Shawn Hungate. I explained my situation to him and he instantly knew what to do. within a matter of weeks i had a hearing in front of a judge to have my ugly mark on my record expunged. the arguments were made and I came out of the courtroom with a clean record again. I can't thank Mr. Hungate enough for what he was able to do for me. I highly recomend his services. more
