One of the best restaurants in Bloomington, Shanti has a varied menu with lots of value. I recommend the paneer masala and a mango lasi.

Ok food, terrible service 4/8/2008

Waited over 1 hour for food. No soup and salad came with the lunch special even though its supposed to. Nothing comp'd for their 1 hour + delay. Never go again. Pros: Good food when you get it, lunch price is ok even though its been raised Cons: Terrible service. more

Not impressed with the service 8/21/2006

I have paid my dues as a student in a college town in life and as a person in town on business, I refuse to be treated so poorly. more

Amazing! 2/28/2004

I've been going to Shanti since I got here. Their food is amazing, and although dinner can be a bit expensive (although quite worth it), they have a really great lunch deal. They have a good variety of vegetarian and meat dishes, and they are willing to serve any dish any way you want. They also cater to vegan diets. Everyone I've taken to Shanti who's never been there before or never eaten Indian food before has loved it. Shanti is the one thing I'm going to miss about Bloomington the most. more
