I recently placed a delivery order from Shanghai. After opening my order I realized I received beef and broccoli instead of the shrimp and broccoli I ordered. I called Shanghai immediately to notify them of the error and they adamantly defended their mistake. I was told I was the one who made the mistake and they refused to correct it. I certainly know what I ordered to eat. Not to mention, I have ordered shrimp and broccoli almost every time I've ever placed and order with them and have never ordered beef and broccoli. This was a very unpleasant and unfair experience and they have lost a customer. I don't want to worry that I will be stuck paying for a dish I don't like and did not order.
