So grateful and fortunate 6/15/2011

Ms. Clark, my husband and I have had our home and car insurance with this company for many years. Fortunately and thank God, we have never had any major catastrophe, only a few minor incidents. In these years, we have had several agents who have always been very professional and helpful for which we are appreciative. During times of stress none of us needs the added burden of an allusive and grouchy insurance agent. I'm very happy and pleased to report to you that for many years Elizabeth has served us and our account, and I can't say enough nice things about her. For me personally, I don't care for "pushy" people, just those who offer options and are there to assist when needed, and this woman meets those requirements. Also, recently I had someone back into one of our cars, and we are currently having that repaired per his policy. However, another of your employees, Pam, called to make sure I was not injured and everything was being handled like it should be. I certainly appreciate the thoughtfulness, and I credit you and the way you run this office for setting and requiring high standards for customer relations. You may receive hundreds of these notes every day, but many times folks don't bother to tell people when things are good - they only want to report the bad. So, here some "good", thanks and have a great day! more
