Such a great shop! Everyone that works there is super friendly and knowledgeable. Corey, the owner, is in there pretty much every time I visit, and he really takes the time to help and get you whatever you need. It might not be the biggest shop in town, but they have just about everything you need--especially if you are working on a bike project of your own--and they will get you the rest. Prices are great, and the service is some of the best that I have experienced for any business. Highly recommended! more

Great employees 6/15/2011

I've ben thinking about commuting to work more often, but realized that neither my bike nor I we're really quite ready, so I stopped in to 7 corners to try to figure out the whole commuting thing. Not only was everyone friendly, but they were totally fine with me doing some brain picking about good routes for someone who hasn't really commuted much before. Thanks guys. more

Quality service and affordable 9/18/2009

After shopping around at 5 different local bike shops, I decided to purchase my bike at Seven Corners because of the excellent customer service I received from Corey and the reasonable/competitive prices offered. Corey was helpful, courteous, and professional (a quality that seems to be lacking more and more these days in Portland) and was happy to spend as much time as necessary to explain some admittedly novice questions about bike equipment and maintenance. I can only speak for Corey, but I give him and the store a solid A. more

Superior service, good price 6/16/2009

As a bike commuter, I have visited a lot of repair shops in town. Many are fine, but I get such excellent service here that now that I'm moving I feel genuinely sorry not to be able to take the shop with me. Corey and his staff are warm, knowledgeable, and continue to surprise me with their dedication to saving me money. I feel surprised by the small bill each time. more

best bike shop in Portland 4/12/2008

Large selection of commuter-style bikes. Corey and staff are very knowledgeable, and best of all they share their knowledge without any attitude. I always feel like I'm being taken good care of. Sometimes you have to wait for repairs, but it's worth it to know it will be fixed right the first time and you won't be taken advantage of. more

Bad Service Experience 7/16/2007

This is not the place to take your road bike for maintenance. I had a seemingly simple request for Corey to replace my crank with a new Ultegra crank. Less than 300 miles on the new crank it comes loose and strips out. My new crank is now completely useless because someone at Seven Corners couldn't tighten a bolt. Owner refused to replace with a new crank. If you need to get your $300 Target bike serviced, this place will probably do. However, if you do any serious riding and don't want to get stranded in the middle of nowhere with a stripped crank I suggest you look elsewhere. more

World of bikes 11/8/2005

Not only does this little store have a huge selection of bikes at great prices, but what makes this place worth while is their staff. I was very impressed at how well this staff works with its customers and their bikes. Of course everyone loves a great deal, but it's alot harder to find the deals that come with great service as well. I will definitely continue to get my biking needs at this shop. PROS: great bikes, great deals, and amazing customer service CONS: there's only one shop more
