Unfortunately my home insurance policy uses Service Pro as a contractor. After a week of trying to schedule an appointment with SP I have been unable to. The receptionist/secretary seem to go out of their way to set up barriers to scheduling the appointment. I had an appointment on Friday (6 days after I first contacted them) but the secretary canceled it because I did not call them back in 10 minutes. I called them back within 30, but that was unacceptable. In addition the secretary told me it was my fault because I was not willing to make myself accessible to her. Because of their poor service and incredibly bad attitude I will not only never deal with them again, but I am canceling my home warrantee which uses Service Pro as a contractor.
Cons: bad service and a terrible attitude
