What scammers. Not even worthy of one star. I hired this company to clean out a slow draining sewer pipe. $180.00. 3 hours after they left my wife calls me at work to tell me the sinks are backing up again. When I got home from work I opened up the clean out and sewerage came pouring back out for several minutes. I could clearly see the pipe was still clogged. So I called them back at 8am the next morning and was told they can come out again but will have to charge me again. Seriously! It wasn't even 3 hours before the sinks backed up again. I told Lauren I wouldn't pay them another dime. She said she would have the technician call me back within the hour. He never called back. No surprise there. So I called again the next day and left a message for Lauren. She never called me back. I ended up renting a drain cleaning machine from Home Depot for $64. It took me literally 30 minutes to completely clean the sewer pipe. Extremely easy. Its been draining properly ever since. Don't waste your $ hiring someone and DO NOT hire these people. Oh, I got to Yelp by clicking on the Yelp icon in the reviews area on Service Professionals website where they show being "5 star rated". Ya, they actually don't even have 2 stars. more
