Ever heard of caveat emptor? (Let the buyer beware). My husband and I were considering downgrading and puchasing a smaller SUV, so we decided to drive to Serra and see what they had in stock. Most salespeople are aggressive at car dealerships--this guy was OK. You definitely get helped right away, which is a plus. The guy was helpful and fairly friendly, let us testdrive without a problem. He didn't know and couldn't do anything beyond that, though, without the help of his sales manager. This guy was a real piece of work. He kept talking about "crazy " deals that my husband and I would have been CRAZY to accept!!!! He kept pressuring us to buy a model sight unseen (they didn't have what we wanted in stock). He kept going into these dramatizations and theatrics about how he was calling suppliers and distributors. He was a total nut. I qualified for the low interest financing but he kept saying how 7 or 8% would be a much better idea. Whatever dude. DON'T go to Serra unless you want trouble.
