I took my car to Sentry LM when my Lincoln MKZ’s brakes needed a replacement. The customer service I received when I purchased my car from there was exceptional and I didn’t think their repair shop would be any different. The staff members were professional and polite, but it took a while for someone to approach me when I entered. They replaced my brakes in a shorter period of time than I expected and my car hasn’t given me any trouble since. I would definitely go back to Sentry’s maintenance shop. more

I couldn’t decide between the Lincoln MKX and the Lexus RX350 since both cars have such great reviews. After test-driving both, I was definitely more inclined towards the Lincoln since I liked the design and options a lot more. Plus Sentry worked out a great deal on the price which was a lot better than what I was getting for the Lexus. I really appreciated their customer service and a few weeks later, I had my keys in hand. I was very satisfied! more

Had a great experience 8/25/2010

I went to Sentry to test-drive the new MKZ and I have to say, the customer service at this dealership is incredible. Although I was on the fence about whether I should purchase the car now or after a few months later, the salesperson wasn't pushy and was happy to walk through the pricing with me. I was pleased with the experience and the salesperson provided me with all the information that I needed. I ended up making a purchase a week later. Had a great experience and will definitely recommend these guys. more

I was looking for a spacious SUV for my family and the kids really mess up my sedan. The MKX seemed like a great option and my sales rep at Sentry really understood my needs well and explained all the neat features about the SUV in detail. I really liked the bluetooth and voice command options. He was very helpful throughout the process and gave me a great deal on the price as well as the warranty package. After shopping around at other dealers and assessing all my options, I decided to purchase from Sentry. I'm glad I did! more

It was time to trade in my old Navigator for a new one and boy are the new one's a great ride. My last 3 vehicles have been Lincoln's and I always visit Sentry LM for my purchases. The staff are friendly and the sales associates are very knowledgeable. Despite being quite savvy about the vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised with all the electronic upgrades, voice control, and SYNC technology as well as the affordable price. I've always been a satisfied customer and I highly recommend Sentry. more

I'll definitely recommend Sentry LM to anyone who's in the market for new or pre-owned Lincoln car. I bought my Navigator from this dealer and have been getting it regularly serviced here as well. The salesperson was very polite throughout the process even after my constant pressuring during the price negotiation. I was able to score a good deal in the end! Overall, the customer service was absolutely great and the service department was given me nothing to complain about either. more

Good Experience 4/30/2010

I had a pretty good experience buying my pre-owned Lincoln MKX from this dealership. Sentry LM was the only dealership that offered me competitive discount on the final value of the car. I had been to a few other dealerships as well but none of them offered a convincing enough deal. The customer service was impressive as well. Overall I was very satisfied! more

When it comes to buying cars I'm as indecisive as they come. I was looking at the fully loaded 2010 Navigator and comparing it to an Escalade but the sales person I spoke to actually took the time to sit down with me and compare every technical aspect of both vehicles. I had a very pleasant experience while shopping for my new car at Sentry LM dealership. I had been looking around for a new Lincoln MKX and I found one at a great price at this dealership. They have a large inventory of Lincoln cars to choose from and all are very reasonably priced compared to what other dealers have to offer. The staff here is very polite and knowledgeable. Everyone from the sales rep to the finance department was very friendly and helpful. There was very low sales pressure and we were given enough time to make a decision. Overall my experience at this dealership was positive and I'd recommend it. Pros: Large Variety, Reasonable Prices more

I highly recommend Sentry Lincoln Mercury dealership. I purchased my family SUV from them and I am very happy with my car. The sales staff was extremely polite and treated us well. They also took extra care in explaining all the features and specifications as well as the pros/cons of buying an SUV vs a normal car. They negotiated a great deal on the price and warranty which was much better than the offers we had gotten. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. I have also been getting my car regularly serviced here and similar to my sales experience, I am very pleased with the way the servicing staff does their job. It's always quick and on time. Great dealership 5/8/2009

We have bought our last three cars at Sentry Lincoln Mercury (which just moved down the street to Sentry Ford - I think they did it to reduce some cost in this economy, but all the same people are still there, and it's actually more convenient because the LM service department is now in the same building as rentals). \r \r Best dealership we've ever dealt with in all areas - we shopped two other Lincoln places and a Ford dealer before doing business here and there was no comparison. They negotiated a fair deal and then treated us like royalty. And PS our MKZ quality-wise is the best car we've ever owned (better than the Toyota Avalon that we owned before we made the switch). 80,000 miles and nothing's broken yet - just regular maintenance (and the service has been great too).\r \r Only dealt with the body shop once, and luckily it was just to paint my bumper before I brought my lease car back, so can't really comment on the previous poster who had a bad experience (they did fine painting my bumper and the price was the same that another body shop quoted). A botched job from begining to end 12/19/2007

I was in an accident a month and a half ago, the man that ran in to me caused severe damage. I towed my car to this dealership as the insurance company I use suggested them although now I have no idea why. From the day that they had my car the job was supposed to take 2 weeks, 5 days into the job I call to get a progress report from the body shop and they indicate that everything is on schedule this is the first in many lies that they told me. The day before I am supposed to get my car back my insurance adjuster calls me and indicates that the car is going to take longer than expected. I call the body shop and find out that not only did they not even bother to take the care apart until the day before but upon doing so they find a lot more damage and would require and additional month to complete my car's work. A full month later, 1 and a half months after taking my car to the shop, they say that the work is completed.\r I inspect my car prior to signing the release and find that there is clear coat over spray all over the roof of my vehicle. I complain and refuse to sign they agree to fix this in the ""short"" duration of a week.\r The moral of the story is: do not take your car here unless you have an infinite amount of time to be without your vehicle and the ability to tolerate poor work. Pros: Nothing Cons: Everything from customer service to work done more
