Originally, after our first visit (my husband and I), my review was going to be positive because we were told what we wanted to hear so we would make a purchase. My husband was not actually prepared to make a purchase but the salesman and the owner dropped the price a significant amount so we agreed to purchase. After signing a few items (they would not let him see an itemized bill) the price seemed to have gone back up but they told us it was taxes,tags, etc. My husband still decided he wanted to make a purchase and went back the next day with a check in hand for the full amount. He still had questions about the bill and the Asst. Manager told him that "if he didn't want to buy it, they have plenty of customers who will."
Finally, he was able to see the bill and noticed that they did not even deduct the amount they said they would, PLUS they also lied about the tags already being paid for. Besides that, they could not even find the owners manuel so they would have to order a new one--very unorganized.
Even though my husband paid in full, he couldn't bring it home because it already needed service and it was almost new--so they said--another lie.
Needless to say, my husband told them to shred the check and they had just lost a customer. Little did they know that I went along to review their business and they FAILED!!!
