Avoid at all cost 12/26/2012

Constantly forgets about scheduled pick ups. When they do manage to remember about a pick up, they are late. One driver picked me up then picked up his girlfriend at jail (took about half an hour) and then I got to hear about how the cops found needles in her purse and she blamed it on someone else. Fascinating. I've also been taken around on their errands because they wanted to go pick up a prescription while practicing effective time management on the clock. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from these drug addicts, there are a few that are exceptions but most seem like they come in after a long night of drinking or are currently on drugs. more

Unsatisfactory Service 12/8/2010

I will never use this company every again. It takes about an hour and half for a cab to pick you up even if dispatch says it will be 20 minutes. Most of the drivers reek of Body Odor. One driver last weekend threw a fit when he found out he couldnt pick us up because his buddy was riding with him , and he didnt have enough room for 4 paying passangers. He threw the car seat in the road , started cursing in front of my kids, and about hit a few parked cars trying to peel out of the drive way. more
