I have called these guys to ask questions about my rates and they told me they would call me back, and never did!so I called one month later and said some one was supposed to call me back about why my rate went up and this lady said, well we have a lot of customer so it hard to call back !! So I thought I've been loyal to this guy and that's how they treat you!! There has been a few other incidents, so I decided to move on to someone that will take care of me! These guys don't review your policy, like they promise, I'm not going to let some agency make money off me , when they don't even try to help me and have lame excuses
