Better than the zoo 8/21/2005

We love Shamu and we love Sea World. Take your kids for a fun adventure packed day. There are so many fun shows to watch, restaurants to eat at and hands on activities your kids are sure to have a blast. Touching and feeling the sea creatures and feeding the dolphins is exciting-but watch out for those nasty birds-they will try to steel your fish! Again-if you are a local-season passes are worth it! more

Have fun and cool off 8/18/2005

One of the more famous attractions in San Diego, Sea World is worth a visit during the summer to cool off from the heat. They have three major attractions: rides, shows, and the animals. As you can guess, the rides are mostly water related and that's how you can get wet or really wet. The shows are somewhat interesting but nothing spectacular, although if you're going to watch one show, make sure you go see Shamu, the world famous killer whale. I had a good time there, but the admission ticket is a little pricey for me and I doubt I would actually visit Sea World too often. more

Sea World 8/14/2005

Sea world doesn't really fit into a category, thisplace is just too cool. I loved this place. The animals here are so beautiful. The shows are the best that I have seen, they definitly been any others that you see in zoos or aquariums. I also enjoyed the show without animals. That was really exciting (and wet.) There was so much unexpected things that happened, loud noises too. There are rides here too. But just like any theme park, the con is definitly the price. It is really pricey so try to find a coupon. more

A must see amusement park, an aquarium, a great restaurant & worlds best show – Shamu, the dolphin & its heroic stunts, the energetic penguins & kola bears. I love all these animals & want to help the preservation of these & other near extinct animals on earth. Love the park atmosphere any time round the year. more

perfect vacation destination 7/30/2005

What a great place to take your family and friends for vacation. Although it is educational in orientation, Sea World also has amusement park like rides and games so it is fun for everyone. You can touch star fish and watch gigantic whales. Who wouldn't find that totally fun? You must try it. more

My kids love this place! 7/28/2005

Sea World is place that children and adults of all ages love. There are many different types of marine animals, including killer whales, dolphins, seals, sea lions, sharks, and many different types of fish. We love to watch Shamu perform and also love to feed the dolphins. There really aren't too many rides here, so it's great to catch a lot of the interesting shows and exhibits. Our favorite is the shark exhibit. Sea World is a great place for families to go to learn more about sea creatures. more

fun for the whole family. 7/22/2005

Seaworld is a pretty good place to take your family if you are in the San Diego area. Not only are most of the attractions entertaining, they are also educational. There are workers/biologist around that will give you neat facts about stuff you see in the aquarium. The downside is that the place is almost always crowded and tickets are steep. Parking is pricy as well. And if you go during summer, be in for a special skin treat when you come home. more

An oasis in San Diego 7/10/2005

Sea World is definitely the place to be at during the summer. Sea World offers many different shows to amuse you all scheduled throughout the day. If you don't tire out, and decided to stay after dark, you'll find special night time shows for your amusement. Sea World great to take the entire family. Shamu will be a hit with everyone and so will the Seal and Otter show. Sea World is open year round but don't miss summer nights! more

I have lived in Oceanside all my life; last summer was the first time when I actually took a trip to Sea World. It was the best choice I ever did. There were so many animals and show to check out. Sea World is the only place that offers such great shows. more

Great Park 6/19/2005

San Diego is known for Sea World. It is an hour drive away from my house and i live in Oceanside. Last summer, my whole family took a trip there. We spend the day. They got the most beautiful and breathe taking display. The show was great too. There is just too much to see and too little time in a day to see it all. I recommend everyone to drop by and take a tour. more
