Patricia G. was very infuriating during the process. She repeatedly interrupted me and gave misinformation. She would repeatedly tell me a tech is only available 9-11 in the morning (the time customers usually work their own jobs ) and they don't' have pre-schedule although she later told me a tech's schedule was booked or not for a day. She also hung up on me, yelled over me, and called a tech to leave my house because the "tech couldn't sit around and wait an hour" for my wife to arrive, when it was the tech that arrived an hour earlier than our scheduled appointment. My wife ended up wasting her time trying to rush home from work to no avail. I requested several times to speak to the general manaer Macario, but she would not let me. She also said she would not leave a message for him. I found a way to leave message any way through Sears corporate to Macario and he never bothered to call me, the customer. This was a very poor customer service experience and I would not want to use this location again. Weeks before I spoke with Macario before, but now it seemed like he was dodging me, the customer to resolve a service issue. It felt very fake and disingenuous.
