I just went there and they were incredibly insulting towards me. I booked online through Sears and when I got there they charged me $3 for a filter because it was required. I said I had already paid and they said "that's why we don't like it when customers book online."
They then changed my oil (reason I brought it in) and handed me back a list of "requirements" to the tune of $257.00.
I just needed my oil changed, when I explained this the man replied that I didn't understand what color transmission fluid was supposed to be. The tone and manner of his voice was so upsetting that I had to step aside.
