Terrible! I had a noon appt. Got there 15 minutes early because it was my first time there. They still didn't call me til a quarter to 1. Then, the quack, Dr. Schecter SQUINTS at the machine while he's measuring my vision. Checks my eyes with that annoying lil light and tells me I have astigmatism and that he'll have to fit me for toric lenses, even though I know for a fact that my astigmatism isn't bad enough for that. I should've walked out then, but I went ahead and let him dilate my pupils and he proceeds to tell me that he wants to do tests to rule out glaucoma. I'm 33 years old.... And he based his information on the dramatic difference between the optic nerve in my left and my right eyes... Which has gone unchanged for the past 30 years.\r \r If you like stories and to waste your time, this is definitely the place to get your eyes checked. more

HORRIBLE!!!! First off, there was less than 5 people in line and it must have took over 20 minutes for someone to finally help me. There were four registers but only two people working there; and they kept on disappearing. When they finally got to me, a lady said she had been waiting over 2 hours for an alignment and oil change so she left without the oil change done. Pros: price of tires weren't too bad Cons: they won't let you bring your own parts to save $$, they take forever, most tires were out of stock, short-staffed, and they screw up so they can make more money off of you more
