I recently took a friend of mine to an apt at Sears for her eye exam with the Dr there. He was fabulous. Patient, kind, thorough, considerate. But had it not been for the incredible service we got from Clive DeGray who took the time to helps us, speak to us, arrange the exam, in such a considerate, patient, helpful manner, we would not have thought of Sears Optical! We had already been to Costco and had an exam for my friend and the Dr was quick, inconsiderate, hurried, and the seemed put out. The exam was not thorough and conclusively, was not correct. Sears Optical took the time to communicate with my friend who is a non-native speaker of English (but speaks well), treating her with the utmost respect. Clive was so great, I ended up ordering glasses myself, even though I really don't need another pair, the price was amazing and his service really sold us. I will definitely be back. My friend is very pleased.
