Another Ordinary Breakfast 4/25/2006

I heard about this place years ago, but never had the chance to try it. My comment? disappointed. I tried their famous quarter sized pancakes, not really crazy about it. Still scratching my head and wondering why this place is so famous. I still like Original Pancake House better. But, our server was great!!!!! more

A San Francisco Institution, but a Long Wait 1/16/2006

Sears is famous for its small, circular Swedish pancakes. I actually had the tall stack of pancakes because I wasn't sure the Sweedish would fill me up. The tall stack was huge and I couldn't finish it (a rare occurance for me). Overall, the ambience is nice but it's usually very crowded and expect a 10 minute wait. more
