First i would like to start at the roots of this company.... The management! As an employee for sears i come in contact with the sears automotive manager quite often. He is young and very cocky. You may ask why i would be talking about his attitude but i believe that his attitude is part of the reason his department is so poor. They have terrible customer service and dont try to relate to their customers. They simply have the attitude that their to work and thats all. I would highly suggest spending your money and time at another business.. Thankyou,
