November 15, 2011 I ordered a GE stacking washer & dryer. I charged the appliances on my new Sears Card. The sales person projected the delivery to be near December 15th. He later modified the delivery to be January 15th. I kept calling to find out when it actually would be delivered. On February 15th, they still could not tell be when the appliance would be available. I cancelled the order and reordered another appliance which was delivered. It has been over a month since I cancelled the order. I have continued to make payments. Sears still has not issued a credit (around $1,600). I am now having to take this up with the credit card company through a dispute. Do not trust Sears. They are scum bags.
