Service was excellent. I don't think the cost is justified. Calculating the time involved vs. cost came to over a $1000. per hr. Cost should not be on a par with heart surgery. more

We have used this family/company for over 20 yrs. Lately, the quality of their technicians have gone down, while they're prices have gone up. 1/25/2017

Our 2 commercial roof top units were serviced. We were quoted a price with over $300 in frivolous, add on charges. The tech agreed to remove them. When he left, the heat didn't work. He came back the next day and reconnected a wire he had accidentally disconnected. We have used this family/company for over 20 yrs. Lately, the quality of their technicians have gone down, while they're prices have gone up. We charge for the work that we complete and while, customers do not always agree, we are a family company that tries to be the best for our customers. Originally scheduled between 10 and 12. Girl called to verify 12 to 2? Luckily I didn't have a problem with that change. He showed at 2 took till 3 to estimate. Had to come back 2 days later. Scheduled 12 to 2 and at 1:15 got call he would be late. Had to reschedule for the next day again 8 to 10. Work was done all but clearing tub drain. He didn't think he could do that without getting the auger caught? Scheduling put me off a little, but work done was good. Drain Fix Flooded my basement & Schneller wouldn't fix their mistake 1/12/2017

I could not be more disappointed in what I thought was a 'family' company. A plumber 'fixed' my basement drain by shoving 6 towels down it before adding a cap to help with a foul odor. This action has flooded my basement 3 times since. My basement never flooded prior to the 'fix'. After asking the company to resolve the new problem cause by their plumber, they told me no one would come out to fix the problem Schneller created because they can't find record of someone at their company doing this specific task. I know for a fact two men from Schneller were at my house and 'fixed' my drain, one left to get a part to fix the drain and returned. However, the company doesn't care enough to ask those two men about the drain fix. As an example to fix a foul odor coming out of a drain clean out, it may warrant the replacement of the entire stack. After speaking with Nick, who was in your home in October to install a water heater and Gene, who was in your home in November for pipe vibration, and Nate, who was the heating and air technician that did a tuneup in December on your furnace; they have clarified that they have not shoved towels down your clean out on the drain. We trust our technicians 100% and stand behind them. We also know how important customer service is and WANT to MAKE THIS RIGHT FOR YOU. When did the back ups occur? Was it after the Furnace maintenance in December which was a full month after the time Gene was in your home?

Not impressed with service or pricing. 1/11/2017

3 years ago Schneller technicians installed a heat pump integrated into my fuel oil furnace. They were competitive in pricing and did an excellent installation. Neat and tidy. This past week the fuel oil pump started leaking. Schneller's technician came out to repair it. 1st attempt he was unsuccessful and in fact didn't even inspect the pump. $284. 2nd attempt he agreed the pump was leaking and it would cost $988. My wife and I decided to get another company to give us a repair price. The Schneller technician reinstalled the old pump but now the motor trips the overload breaker. Unfortunately the furnace is in worse shape after 2 repair attempts and our pockets are $284 lighter. One of the other reputable companies in the area will replace the motor and pump for less than $988. One bad experience does not make a bad company as I said in the beginning they did an excellent install on my heat pump. I am just venting my frustration with the experience. more

Not worth the money! 1/11/2017

The only problem we had was a clogged sink drain in the bathroom. We had another plumbing company fix this same problem three years ago for $165. Schneller charged us $390 - highway robbery! They charged an extra $135 for extra difficulty because the pipes were behind the drawers. SMH!!! We will NEVER use them again and will not recommend them to anyone either. Many plumbing companies in the area do not offer this level of service and the ones that do are very competitive with us in the pricing structure.
