Placed order on 2/9/06 for delivery on 2/14/06. Was told there wouldn't be any probs w/delivery date. Gave 2 phone #'s where I could be reached in case of any probs. Roses weren't delivered. Spoke w/a shop employee & let them know what happened. Was told driver walked out on them & that's why flowers weren't delivered. Female on the phone said sorry. I asked for amount to be credited back on my card. Employee admitted no one had called me to let me know of any probs but never gave a reason why I wasn't called. Said I wouldn't be doing business w/this shop again & I told her I'd let others know of my experience. She said that wasn't fair of me. I placed an order w/them to provide a very specific service & they didn't follow through, so it is fair.
